Alpha Astika Akinita selects Lexmark MPS
Infolex S.A., the official partner of Lexmark International Inc. for Greece, Cyprus, Malta, Albania & FYROM, has been awarded the bid for the implementation of a MPS solution for Alpha Astika Akinita.
Alpha Astika Akinita decided to renew and upgrade its output equipment & consolidate its existing fleet (printers, copiers, scanners, fax machines etc.) by taking full advantage of the functionality offered by Lexmark multifunction devices.
The fully automated supplies related administration processes (orders, deliveries, collection of empties etc.) as well as the after-sales services are being monitored by applications developed by Lexmark.
At the same time, the use of a MPS Dashboard developed by Infolex allows the customer’s authorized users to open and submit support tickets, monitor their status, have an extensive view of usage per device and device group, access information relating to monthly charges as well as the corresponding notices of payment that are being issued by the system.
