Infolex S.A., the official partner of Lexmark International Inc. for Greece, Cyprus, Malta, Albania & FYROM, has recently rolled out a MPS project for the largest communications group in Greece, Ogilvy & Mather, which consists of several specialized companies, leaders in their industries: Bold Ogilvy & Mather, Ogilvy One, Asset Ogilvy Public Relations, Ogilvy Action, Hogarth & Ogilvy, Soho Square Athens & Foss Productions.
The project’s key elements are the renewal and upgrade of the group’s office automation equipment, the consolidation of its printing fleet (printers, copiers, scanners, fax machines etc.) at its headquarters in Gerakas – Athens by deploying Lexmark’s smart multi-function devices along with customizable software solutions for pull / secure printing, tracking and accounting, statistics and reporting etc., the fully automated supplies administration process (alerts, order processing, deliveries, collection of empties etc.) as well as the advanced after-sales services, all monitored by Lexmark developed technology.
Furthermore, a MPS Dashboard developed by Infolex allows the group’s authorized users to open, submit, track and monitor support tickets, to have an extensive view of devices’ usage and statistics and to gain access to information relating to charges as well as to the notices of payment generated and issued by the system. indicator of the company’s success in that arena and confirms its customers’ appreciation for the high quality services rendered.
