Pet City selects Lexmark MPS
Infolex S.A., the official partner of Lexmark International Inc. for Greece, Cyprus, Malta, Albania & FYROM, has been awarded an MPS project for Pet City.
Pet City decided to renew and upgrade its office automation equipment & consolidate its existing fleet (printers, copiers, scanners, fax machines etc.) throughout its entire branch network in Athens, by deploying Lexmark’s smart multifunction devices.
The fully automated supplies related administration processes (orders, deliveries, collection of empties etc.) as well as the after-sales services are being monitored by applications developed by Lexmark.
At the same time, the use of a MPS Dashboard developed by Infolex allows the customer’s authorized users to open and submit support tickets, monitor their status, have an extensive view of usage per device and device group, access information relating to monthly charges as well as the corresponding notices of payment that are being issued by the system.
