Starbucks chose Lexmark MPS
Infolex S.A., the official partner of Lexmark International Inc. for Greece, Cyprus, Malta, Albania & The Republic of North Macedonia, has recently rolled out a MPS project for The MARINOPOULOS COFFEE COMPANY SA, that brought Starbucks stores in Greece.
The project’s key elements were the renewal of the company’s office automation equipment at its head offices in Athens, achieved by deploying Lexmark’s smart multi-function device technology along with scan to network folder and scan to email solutions directly from the devices. These, along with the provision of a fully automated supplies administration process (alerts, order processing, deliveries, replacement, collection of empties etc.) and advanced after-sales services like equipment maintenance, all monitored by Lexmark developed technology, enabled the company to achieve top notch, quality printing effectiveness.
Furthermore, a MPS Dashboard developed by Infolex allows the Federation’s authorized users to open, submit, track and monitor support tickets, to have an extensive view of devices’ usage and statistics and to gain access to information relating to charges as well as to the notices of payment generated and issued by the system.
